We just returned from the Crafts Alliance Show in Chautauqua, NY. It was great to see many of our returning customers and meet new ones. It is always a pleasure to exhibit there.
We are currently preparing for the Long's Park Show that takes place on September 4-6 in Lancaster, PA. We are looking forward to our second year at this great show.
We are very happy to have been selected to show our work at the 39th annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, from Thursday, November 12 through Sunday, November 15, 2015, with a Preview Party on Wednesday, November 11.
The PMA Craft Show offers a special opportunity to all visitors to meet the country’s finest craft artists and to learn about and purchase their work. There is excitement in every booth at the Show where the crafts exhibited embrace a striking variety of forms and functions, including: glass, baskets, jewelry, both wearable and decorative fiber, metal, paper, leather, furniture, ceramic, wood, and mixed media.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show is presented annually by The Craft Show Committee and Women’s Committee for the benefit of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The event attracts some 18,000 visitors to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia over a period of four days. Funds raised are used to purchase works of art and craft for the permanent collections, to support education programs, and to contribute to conservation and publication projects.
We hope to see you there!
Summer has finally arrived in Hammondsport, NY! We are now open for the summer, with pottery for sale on the front porch. Be sure to call ahead to confirm when we are open.

We had a wonderful winter as we had the privilege to spend some time in Key West, where we stayed warm and met some new friends. Now, our 2015 schedule is starting to take shape. The first show will be in a few days at the XL Center in Hartford, CT to benefit the Wadsworth Atheneum. Here is a list of our 2015 schedule so far. We hope to add a couple more shows in the fall. We are looking forward to another great year and hope to see all our friends and customers soon!
We had another great show at Arts Festival Reading at Goggleworks. Mark earned second place in the craft category as well as second place for our new booth design! Now we are looking forward to the Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft show at the beginning of November. We are excited for this show and we hope to see all our PA friends there! Mark is very focused on making pottery for the PMA show, and so we have closed the studio sales from the porch for the season. We will re-open the studio sales from the porch next spring.
